- How does the 14-day trial work?
- No card required. Trial gives you 1 active workshop + 50 participants — enough to set up a real trip and walk a few participants through it. When you're ready to launch more, pick a tier from /account.
- What happens after my trial ends?
- Your workshops stay; you just can't launch new ones until you upgrade. Drafts can still be created and edited freely. No card on file means no surprise charge.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes — upgrade and downgrade from /account. Downgrade respects your current usage (you won't be cut off mid-trip, but you can't add new workshops above the lower tier's cap until usage falls).
- What currency am I charged in?
- Based on your country, geo-detected at signup. Editable in /account. You can also price individual workshops in different currencies than your subscription billing.
- Do leads count toward my participant limit?
- No. You can capture unlimited leads on any tier. Only converting a lead to a participant on an active workshop counts.
- What's an "active" workshop?
- A workshop you've launched whose end date is today or later. Drafts and past trips don't count against your cap. So as trips wrap up, your capacity refills automatically.
